目的观察＂鸡尾酒＂疗法治疗儿童持续性、慢性原发性免疫性血小板减少症的临床疗效。方法以自拟扶正解毒方为基本方,配合小剂量激素、多种维生素的＂鸡尾酒＂疗法治疗儿童持续性、慢性原发性免疫性血小板减少症45例,6月后统计疗效。结果治疗3月后,完全反应率为26.7%,总有效率为51.1%;治疗6月后,完全反应率为46.7%,总有效率为68.9%。结论 ＂鸡尾酒＂疗法治疗小儿持续性、慢性原发性免疫性血小板减少症有较好的疗效,可改善患儿出血状态,易于接受,值得在临床进一步推广。
英文摘要：
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ＂cocktail＂therapy in the treatment of children with persistent and chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods Applied self-made Fuzheng Jiedu Fang as the basic prescription,45 cases of children with persistent and chronic immune thrombocytopenia were treated with low dose hormone and multivitamin ＂cocktail＂therapy,made statistics after 6 months.Results After treatment for three months,the complete response rate was 26.7%,the total efficiency was 51.1%.After treatment for six months,the complete response rate was 46.7%,the total efficiency was 68.9%.Conclusion ＂Cocktail＂therapy can treat children with persistent and chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia effectively by reducing children bleeding,which is accepted easily as mainly oral medication,and worthy of further promotion.
