在快速推进绿色城镇化发展时期,我国要成为经济强国,必须要有强大的实体经济,高等教育发挥着人才支撑的关键作用。绿色城镇化发展需要更多具备城镇建设和社会管理才能而又务实高效的实用型人才,需要更多培养实用型人才的应用型高等学校。文章立足绿色城镇化对地方高校发展的新要求,分析地方高校发展的现状,探讨积极稳妥的推进地方高校向应用技术大学转型路径,提高地方高校为绿色城镇化建设服务能力。

In the rapid development of green urbanization, there must be a powerful entity economy to make our country become an economic power. Higher education plays an important role to provide personnel support. Green urbanization development needs more practical talents with urban construction and social management ability and pragmatism and efficiency, so we need more applied universities to train more practical talents. Based on new requirements of green urbanization to the development of local colleges and universities, this article analyzes the present development situation of local colleges and universities and actively explores the way to transform local universities into applied technology universities, which can improve the service ability of local colleges for the green urbanization construction.
