以ANSYS Workbench有限元软件为平台,建立某型车差速器壳体的参数化模型,结合车辆的实际使用情况,对容易出现失效的工况进行有限元分析。在输出扭矩最大处进行静态分析、模态分析,确定差速器壳体的设计变量、约束变量以及目标函数。为了尽量达到目标的最优化,采用多目标优化的方法,对差速器壳体的重量和动静态特性进行优化,最后用层次分析法确定优化的最优解,对结果圆整,并重新进行分析,使产品的多项性能都得到了不同程度的优化,从而结构更加合理,也为类似产品的设计改进提供一定的参考。
In this paper,the finite element analysis and multi-objective optimization of a differential housing is conducted,The weight and the static and dynamic characteristics of the housing are optimized.Finally,the optimal solution is determined by analytic hierarchy process.The optimized structure is analyzed by use of simulation.The results show the performance of the optimized product is improved.This work may provide some reference for the design of similar products.
