高职教师课堂教学敏感具有特定的内涵,并具有特殊性、介质性、对冲性的特征,它对于帮助高职教师重新审视自我、审视课堂,树立一种新的教学理念,应对当前不断变动的教情、课情、学情,实现教育者、受教育者、高职取向三个维度上的发展具有着重要的价值。高职教师要实现课堂教学敏感的生成与内化,必须树立教学敏感理念、提升课堂反省能力、主动建构教师效能、聚焦自身专业发展。
The classroom teaching sensitivity of teachers in higher vocational colleges has its specific connotation, with the characteristics particularity, medium and hedge. It has important value in helping teachers to re- examine themselves, examine the classroom, set up a new teaching concept and deal with the constantly changing situations of teaching,classroom managing as well as learning so as to realize the development of educators,the educated and the orientation of higher vocational education.In order to realize the formation and internalization of the sensitivity of the classroom teaching,the teachers in higher vocational colleges must set up the idea of teaching sensitivity,improve the ability of classroom reflection, construct the teacher's effectiveness, and focus on their professional development.
