The classroom teaching sensitivity of teachers in higher vocational colleges has its specific connotation, with the characteristics particularity, medium and hedge. It has important value in helping teachers to re- examine themselves, examine the classroom, set up a new teaching concept and deal with the constantly changing situations of teaching,classroom managing as well as learning so as to realize the development of educators,the educated and the orientation of higher vocational education.In order to realize the formation and internalization of the sensitivity of the classroom teaching,the teachers in higher vocational colleges must set up the idea of teaching sensitivity,improve the ability of classroom reflection, construct the teacher＇s effectiveness, and focus on their professional development.
