The main basis for higher vocational colleges to formulate specialty planning is the talent demand of the regional industry. Through the content and process analysis of talent demand, the relationship between industry, occupation and specialty is obtained, a model for interaction between specialty and regional industry is established. On the basis of determining reasonable industry area which colleges are faced, accurately counting the advanced technology talents ＇ occupation standards which the related industry needs, three index including the degree of matching specific industrial, comprehensive matching degree, deviation degree are used to provide a available technical tool for the quantitative analysis of the degree of specialty planning meeting the demand of regional industry development.
