在早期研究的基础上,从共享内容和共享方向两个视角,开发出符合我国文化背景的知识型员工知识共享多维度测量量表。以知识型员工为研究对象,借助于来自我国内地13个省份的大样本问卷调研数据,探索了我国知识型员工知识共享维度结构,检验了量表信度和效度。探索性因子结果表明,我国知识型员工知识共享具有四维结构,即一般知识贡献、一般知识收集、关键知识贡献、关键知识收集。验证性因子分析证实了结构模型的合理性。信度和效度检验结果表明,所构建的知识型员工知识共享量表具有较好的信度和效度。
Based on an early research,a scale of intellectual-employees knowledge sharing was developed from in Chinese cultural context.By means of large sample questionnaires obtained from 13 provinces in mainland China,the dimension structure of Chinese intellectual-employees knowledge sharing was explored and the reliability and validity of the scale was tested.Exploratory factor analysis shows that knowledge sharing in Chinese Cultural context includes four factor,namely common knowledge donating,common knowledge collecting,key knowledge donating and key knowledge collecting.Confirmatory factor analysis confirms the structure model is reasonable.reliability and validity test shows that the measurement scale of knowledge sharing in Chinese Cultural context is valid and reliable.
