针对饲料中纤维素酶活力测定方法存在的问题,提出用透析袋进行透析处理,去除饲料中的寡糖和单糖,以期为DNS（3,5-二硝基水杨酸）还原糖法检测配合饲料中的纤维素酶活力提供参考。该检测方法定量限为0.2 U/g、精密度为4%。该方法能满足饲料中纤维素酶活力检测的要求,可以用来测定配合饲料中纤维素酶的活力。

For the problems that exist in the determination method of cellulase activity in feed,the dialysis bag was used to dialyze the feed extracting solution,which could remove the oligosaccharides and monose from the extracting solution,thus provide references to the DNS（3,5-Dinitrosalicylicacid）determination method.The quantitative limit of the method was 0.2 U/g and the precision was 4%.This method could be used for the determination of cellulase activity in feed.
