为了探究不同品种玉米DDGS的饲料加工特性,采集了来自全国6个省区及美国共41个玉米DDGS样品,共计34个品种,来自国内外26家生产企业。文章分别测定了玉米DDGS样品营养成分及粉碎后(筛片孔径1.5、2.5 mm)样品的物理特性和热特性,并分析了不同品种、不同产地样品各指标的变异系数及差异显著性。结果表明,不同产地、不同品种的玉米DDGS营养成分、物理特性及热特性均存在不同程度的差异。其中,各营养成分变异程度较高,而粉碎粒度对各样品除粉碎特性以外的物理特性指标影响并不明显。粉碎粒度为1.5 mm的玉米DDGS粉样品的平均粒径显著地低于粉碎粒度为2.5 mm的样品,而其颗粒表面积则显著地高于粉碎粒度为2.5 mm的样品。玉米DDGS样品的比热值随温度的上升而增加,在各温度点基本处于中等变异程度。文章数据及结论可对其作为饲料原料在配方中发挥相应作用,饲料加工过程如粉碎、调质、制粒、冷却的加工工艺参数优化,以及颗粒饲料成型特性的预测和产品质量的改善提供理论依据。
For the purpose of study the processing characteristics of different DDGS cultivars used infeed, 34 different cultivars from domestically 6 provinces and America, 41 DDGS samples in total,were collected came from 26 enterprises. The nutritional components, physical characteristics andthermal property(samples ground on a mini-mill with 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm screens) were determined,and difference significance of these physicochemical properties among cultivars as well as coefficientof variation were analyzed. The results showed that, there were obvious variations in several degrees innutritional components, physical characteristics and thermal property among these DDGS cultivars.The differences of nutritional components between these samples are more significant among thesecharacteristic. While different ground methods contribute more impact on geometric mean diameterand particle surface(P〈0.05), but not significant influence to other physical characteristics(P〉0.05).In fact, geometric mean diameter of DDGS sample ground by 1.5 mm screen was lower than 2.5 mmsignificantly, and particle surface of DDGS sample ground by 1.5 mm screen was higher than 2.5 mmsignificantly. Meantime, the specific heat value of different DDGS cultivars increased along with test-ing temperature, and possessed a moderate de-gree of variation. Data and conclusions containedin this article can provide reference and assis-tance for feed diet design aiming different pur-pose, parameters optimization in feed processingsuch as grounding, conditioning, cooling. Also itcan benefit for development of pellet processingtechnology as well as improvement of product standard.
