饲料加工过程中的调质温度是影响饲料调质效果的关键因素之一,为获得肉鸡颗粒饲料(后期料)的适宜调质温度,实验在65、70、75、80、85、90℃6个不同温度下研究了调质温度对玉米-杂粕型肉鸡日粮颗粒耐久性(PDI)、硬度、淀粉糊化度、植酸酶活性保留率、蛋白质体外消化率、还原糖含量的影响,以评价调质温度对肉鸡颗粒饲料质量的影响。结果表明, PDI、硬度随调质温度升高极显著升高(P〈0.01),淀粉糊化度在调质温度达到75℃时达到30.32%,与80℃组比较无差异(P〉0.05);蛋白质体外消化率随调质温度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,最高值在80℃组,且极显著(P〈0.01)高于85℃组,与75℃组比较无差异(P〉0.05),80℃组植酸酶活性保留率极显著(P〈0.01)低于75℃组,85℃组极显著(P〈0.01)低于75℃组,还原糖含量随调质温度的升高极显著(P〈0.01)降低。玉米-杂粕型肉鸡全价颗粒饲料的适宜调质温度为75~80℃。
Conditioning temperature is one of the key factors that influence the quality of the fi-nal feed products in the feed processing. In this research, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 ℃ and 90 ℃ are selected to study the effect of conditioning temperature on the Pellet Durability Index (PDI), hardness, gelatinization degree of starch, protein digestion rate in vitro and reducing sugar con-tent of the Corn- miscellaneous meal broiler diets to estimate the effect of conditioning temper-ature on broiler pellet feed quality. The results suggested that with the conditioning temperature increased,PDI and hardness showed significantly increase(P〈0.01);the gelatinization degree of starch reached 30.32% under 75 ℃, which with no difference compared to 80 ℃(P〉0.05). Pro-tein digestion rate in vitro showed a upward trend first then downward with the rise of condition-ing temperature, and arrived at the best value when under 80℃,with significant difference com-pared to 85 ℃(P〈0.01) but no difference to 75 ℃(P〉0.05). when under 80 ℃ the phytase activi-ty retention rate showed significantly lower than which under 75 ℃ (P〈0.01), 80 ℃showed significantly lower than 85 ℃ (P〈0.01). The reducing sugar content showed a significant downward trend with the condition-ing temperature increasing(P〈0.01). It could be concluded that the suitable conditioning temperature for complete pellet feed of broiler (later material) is 75~80℃.
