霉酚酸是器官移植中常用的免疫抑制剂,游离霉酚酸具有药理活性,其代谢受多种因素的影响,从而产生血药浓度的个体差异。本文对影响游离霉酚酸代谢的主要因素、游离霉酚酸与不良反应的关系以及监测方法进行综述,根据患者的个体特点和疾病状态设计给药方案,为临床实现个体化给药,提高疗效、减少药品的不良反应提供参考。
Mycophenolic acid (MPA) is an immunosuppressive agent currently prescribed in organ transplantation. Free MPA has pharmacological activity. The metabolism of free MPA is affected by many factors, which manifests different plasma concentrations in different individuals. New advances including the main factors affecting the metabolism of free MPA, the relationship between free MPA and adverse drug reaction, the technology of monitoring free MPA concentration were reviewed. The dosage regimen should be established according to the patient's individual characteristics and disease states, which could provide reference for implementing individual medication, improving clinical efficacy and decreasing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
