饲料加工过程中含水量的变化对饲料成品的质量、饲料加工效率以及动物的生长性能都有较大的影响。通过42 d的笼养试验考察了不同水分含量的颗粒料对肉鸡生长性能的影响。选用240只雄性罗斯334×708型肉鸡进行了单因素完全随机的笼养代谢试验,试验用育雏料、育成料和育肥料的水分含量13%、14%、15%和16%。结果表明:在0~14 d育雏阶段,颗粒饲料含水量对肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)、饲料转化率(FCR)没有显著的影响。在15~35 d育成阶段,随着饲料水分的增加,肉鸡的ADG、ADFI降低,FCR升高,14%水分含量以上的颗粒料对肉鸡的ADG、AD-FI影响显著(P〈0.05),对于FCR影响不显著(P〉0.05)。在36~42 d育肥阶段,随着饲料水分的增加,肉鸡的ADG、ADFI降低、FCR升高,14%水分含量以上的颗粒料对肉鸡的ADG、ADFI影响显著(P〈0.05),15%水分含量以上的颗粒料对FCR的影响显著(P〈0.05)。
Previous researches have shown that moisture content can affect feed quality, productivity and animal performance. In order to reasonably evaluate the effects of moisture content on broiler per- formance, a 42 d cage study was conducted. A total of 240 broiler chicks (10 birds per cage) were used in a randomized block design with male which includes 4 levels of moisture content(13%. 14%. 15% and 16%) of feed. The result shows that in the start period (1~14 d), there were no significant ef- fects on ADG, ADFI and FCR. In grower period (15-35 d), ADG and ADFI decreased following a lin- ear behavior with the increasing of moisture content, and the effects were significant when the mois- ture was over 14% (P〈0.05). FCR increased with the increasing of moisture content, but the effects were not significant (P〉0.05). In finisher period (36-42 d), ADG and ADFI decreased following a lin- ear behavior with the increasing of moisture content, and the effects were significant when the mois- ture was over 14% (P〈0.05). FCR increased with the increasing of moisture content, and the effects were significant when the moisture was over 15% (P〈0.05).
