对配合饲料水溶性与脂溶性添加剂进行了微雾喷头后喷涂试验,并研究了不同因素对微雾喷头后喷涂的影响规律。脂溶性添加剂微小雾滴难以形成,基本不能实现微雾喷头后喷涂。水溶性添加剂可以实现微雾喷头后喷涂,其相对分子量对微雾喷头后喷涂没有影响;添加剂水溶液的浓度越大,微雾喷头后喷涂量越少;黏度越大喷涂量越小,黏度对喷涂量的影响较大;改变微雾喷头型号,微雾喷涂量发生变化,微雾雾滴直径相应改变。
The micro fog nozzle spraying test of water-soluble and fat-soluble additives in compound feed was completed,and the influence of different factors on the micro fog nozzle after spraying was studied.Fat-soluble additives were difficult to form tiny droplets,and could hardly realize micro fog nozzle after spraying.Water-soluble additives could realize micro fog nozzle after spraying,and relative molecular weight of water-soluble additives had no effect on the micro fog nozzle after spraying;the greater solution concentration,the less amount sprayed;the greater the viscosity,the smaller amount sprayed,and the viscosity had a greater impact on the amount sprayed;the amount sprayed and droplet diameter changed with the micro fog nozzle type.
