随着信息技术的飞速发展和跨国公司的迅速崛起，经济和科技全球化进程不断加快，许多企业的研发网络从组织、地域和知识三个方面实现了拓展，不断朝着国际化迈进。通过系统梳理近三十年来的相关研究文献，本文先介绍了有关研发网络国际化的内涵和形式、动因、结果和演进路径等方面的研究成果，然后提出了一个研发网络国际化整合研究框架，并在总结现有研究的基础上对未来相关研究进行了简要展望。
英文摘要：
With the dramatic development of information technology and the rapid rise of multinational companies,the process of economic and technological globalization has constantly accelerated, and various R＆D networks have been extended in three aspects, namely organizations, areas and knowledge,continuously towards internationalization. Through a systematic review of the literature o- ver the last 30 years, this paper introduces the research achievements of internationalization of R~D networks from the angles of connotation, forms,motivation, results and evolution routes, and raises an integrated research framework of internationalization of 1R~D networks. It makes brief prospects based on a summary of current research.
