英文摘要：
The digital controller, the mechanical hydraulic system, the models of controlled system, and the parameter test method of each model were introduced in unit 4 of hydroturbine regulating system in Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station. The model paramters were identified by the test methods, and its accuracy was verified by simulation test.The model parameters could be used in the stability analysis of the power systems and in the daily production scheduling, which also provided reference for similar regulating system parameter test.
