根据文胸市场调研情况及文胸的制版方法,制作9款B75号型具有不同心位参数(心位高和心位宽)的试验文胸。采用接触式测量法测量文胸经试验者静态条件下穿戴前后的12个文胸塑形效果特征参数。选取文胸穿戴前后差异性最大的乳间距、右乳高和乳点-下缘点距离3个参数作为塑形效果参数,利用统计分析软件进行文胸塑形效果参数与心位高、心位宽的偏相关性和多元线性回归分析,并建立相应的数学模型。该研究可为文胸生产企业提供数据参考,对终端消费者选择文胸有一定的指导意义。
According to lingerie market research and existing pattern making method, nine kinds of bras with 75B-cup and different front center parameters (height and width) were designed. Twelve shaping effect parameters of bra before and after wearing in static condition were measured using contact measurement method respectively. The distance between breasts, fight breast height and distance between bust point and lower edge point were se- lected as the shaping effect parameters. Using statistical analysis software to carry out partial correlation and multi- ple linear regression analysis about bra shaping effect parameters and front center height and width, and building mathematical model. It can provide data reference for bra manufacturers and guidance for consumers to choose bras.
