目的:研究玉米须纯化黄酮的抗炎作用及急性毒性试验.方法:通过乙醇溶剂提取、AB-8树脂纯化,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀试验,观察玉米须黄酮的抗炎活性;通过急性毒性试验评价其安全性.结果:小鼠耳廓肿胀实验中,阳性对照组抑制率为63.94%,玉米须黄酮低、中、高剂量组抑制率分别为15.49%、39.33%、50.42%,中、高剂量具有显著性(P〈0.05);大鼠足跖肿胀实验中,阳性对照组抑制率为83.33%,玉米须黄酮低、中、高剂量组的抑制率分别为22.22%、61.11%、77.78%,中、高剂量组有极显著抑制作用(P〈0.01).结论:玉米须黄酮具有抗炎作用.急性毒性试验中,未发现明显中毒症状,也无一例死亡,说明玉米须纯化黄酮属实际无毒物质.
Objective :To compare the anti-inflammatory effect of purified flavonoids from corn silk (PFCS)and its safety.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect based on dimethylbenzene-induced ear edema in mice tests and egg white-induced foot edema in rats tests. Safety was studied by acute toxicity tests. Results:Ear edema test showed that the inhibition rates of low,medium and high dose groups were 15.49%,39.33%,50.42%,the inhibition rate of positive control group was 63.94%;Foot edema test shows that the inhibition rates of low, medium and high dose groups were 22.22% ,61.11% ,77.78%.The inhibition rate of positive control group was 83.33%.Flavonoids mid-dose group and high-dose group significantly inhibit mouse ear edema (P〈0.05) and rats paw edema (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Purified flavonoids from corn silk had anti-inflammatory effect. According to acute toxicity flavonoids are a non-toxic grading , the obvious toxic reaction and death were not found in test.The purified substances actually.
