以间溴苯酚为起始原料经醚化、硼酸基取代两步反应,合成了目标化合物。目前此化合物的合成方法未见国内外文献报道,且该合成方法原料易得,成本低廉,反应条件温和,操作简便,副反应少,适合工业化生产,反应总收率62.7%。
A method was proposed for synthesis of 3-( difluoromethoxy)-benzeneboronic acid. 3-( Difluoromethoxy)-benzeneboronic acid was synthesized from 3-bromophenol which was the main starting material. The structure was confirmed. The total product yield was 62. 7%.
