A full comparison of research on teacher’s knowledge,practical knowledge and administrationat home and abroad suggests the mode of school practical knowledge administration from attainment andproduction to integration and abstraction to sharing and innovation,pointing out that it should establish themechanism of organization and school-based training and the evaluation system.
