研究和满足农民的需求是解决＂三农＂问题的核心,也是推进职业教育城乡一体化的逻辑起点。文章针对职业教育发展中忽视农民需求的问题,分别从制度供给、农民角色转换、终身教育体系构建、职业生涯规划等方面,提出了在推进职业教育城乡一体化进程中满足农民需求的对策建议。

To study and satisfy the farmers＇ needs is the core to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and the logic starting point to promote urban-rural integration of vocational education as well. Based on the ignorance of the farmers＇ needs in the development of vocational education, this paper comes up with some suggestions on how to meet the farmers＇ needs in the course of advancing the urban-rural integration of vocational education respectively from the system supply, farmers＇ role transformation, building of lifelong education system and career planning, etc.
