高职院校内涵建设是针对高职教育的内涵、本质充实相应的精神、增加相应的新设施、创立相应的新事业。通过对高职院校内涵建设因子的协同效应实证分析发现,各内涵建设因子之间不但相关,而且正向相关,同时也存在着负相关的现象。只有实现高职教育本质的各种关系的协同,才有可能实施正确、高效的高职院校内涵建设。

The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges is focusing on the higher vocational education connotation and its essence,which means to enrich the corresponding spirits,increase the corresponding new facilities,and create the relevant new business. Through the empirical analysis of the synergistic effect of connotation construction factors in higher vocational colleges,we found that all the factors are not only positively related,but also negatively relevant. Only when realizing the coordination of various relationships in the nature of higher vocational education,is it possible to implement the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges correctly and efficiently.
