This article analyses three main factors influencing the results of primary and middle school teachers＇ in-service training from the perspective of trained teachers,which are individual characteristics of trainees,the design and operation of training courses and the ecological environment of training.The analysis can not only increase the effectiveness of teacher＇s professional development activities design,but also has important guiding significance on the construction of the assessment framework of teachers＇ professional development activities effectiveness.
