从受训教师学习的视角看,影响中小学教师继续教育培训效果的三个主要因素是受训者的个体特征、培训课程的设计与操作和培训的生态环境。对影响因素的分析不仅可以提高教师专业发展活动设计的有效性,而且对构建教师专业发展活动实效性的评估框架也有重要的指导意义。
This article analyses three main factors influencing the results of primary and middle school teachers' in-service training from the perspective of trained teachers,which are individual characteristics of trainees,the design and operation of training courses and the ecological environment of training.The analysis can not only increase the effectiveness of teacher's professional development activities design,but also has important guiding significance on the construction of the assessment framework of teachers' professional development activities effectiveness.
