面对激烈的市场竞争，越来越多的企业选择了联盟，它增强了企业的竞争力。但如何保持联盟的稳定性，是迫切需要解决的一个问题。文章从利润分配的角度出发，介绍了引入风险因子后的Shapley值修正算法，然后通过引入投资额这一变量对其进行改进，并将之应用于联盟企业的利益分配，从而为联盟企业制定合理的利益分配策略提供参考。
英文摘要：
Faced with fierce market competition, more and more logistics companies choose alliance. It enhances their competitive forces. But how to keep the stability of the alliance is an urgent problem which needs to be solved. There are many factors to influence the stability of alliance. This paper proceeds from profit allocation, and introduces the modified method based on venture which is presented to improve the Shapley Value algorithm. Besides, the modified method is im- proved by introducing another variable-investments, and then it is applied to the profit allocation among cooperation partners in the alliance, which provides reference for the partners to devise rational profit allocation strategy.
