利用1987～2006年时间序列数据,实证研究了我国对外直接投资（OFDI）对国内全要素生产率影响。结果表明,我国OFDI对全要素生产率并没有产生直接推动作用,但通过对我国其他国内企业的技术扩散间接促进了国内全要素生产率。
英文摘要：
By means of time-series data from 1987 to 2006,We study the impact of our country＇s OFDI on the domestic total factor productivity with Empirical method. The result shows that,our country＇s OFDI does not have a direct role in promoting the total factor productivity,but it indirectly promotes the total-factor productivity of other domestic enterprises through technology diffusion.
