Taking grape pomace as the raw materval and flower extract as the main additives, the compound health vinegar beverage of edible flowers-wine grape pomace was developed. Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, the best formula for the compound fruit vinegar beverage was consisted of honeysuckle and rose extract of 20%, fruit vinegar of 10% , citric acid of 0.2% and honey of 15%. This compound fruit vinegar beverage was rich in nutrition and has a balanced sweet-and-sour taste.
