针对目前合同变更损失统计研究缺乏快速性和；隹确性研究，提出了合同变更损失统计计算模型。首先进行了合同变更损失分析，讨论了损失产生的原因及其组成，并给出了合同变更损失统计模型，提出了一个可行的合同变更损失统计快速响应系统框架结构，并详细讨论了系统的关键技术和实现策略，该系统已在立体停车库产品合同履行系统中得到应用，有效地提高了统计的效率和准确性。
英文摘要：
In view of lack of rapidity and accuracy research on loss statistics of contract variation, calculation model of loss statistics of contract variation is put forward. Firstly, the analysis of contract variation was given and the causes and composition of loss were discussed,then a feasible system framework of loss statistics of contract variation has been established, the key technology and implementation strategy were discussed in detail. This method was applied in the contract performance system of three-dimension garage product, and greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of statistics.
