为了从经济性的角度研究质量损失，在分析田口质量损失函数局限性的基础上，结合质量损失发生的实际情况，采用分段函数理论对田口质量损失函数进行了拓展，建立了质量损失的分段模型。依据模型的不同定义域，讨论了通过调整质量特性曲线的形状和位置来控制质量损失函数曲线的方法。为了最小化质量损失，给出了质量损失的计算与优化公式。实例分析表明，质量损失的分段模型及优化方法符合工程实际，具有较强的实用价值。
英文摘要：
In order to study quality failure in the aspect ot economy,this paper lmprovea quauty failure function by using the theory of paragraph function,associating with the real situation of quality failure and based on the analysis of the limit of Taguchi quality failure function, and then the paragraph model of quality failure was obtained. We will control the quality failure function curve according to the shift of the quality characteristics curve and the change of the curve＇s shape, the control method will be discussed. Also,the formula of calculating and improving the failure will be given for minimizing quality failure. The example in the end of the paper proves the value of the quality failure paragraph model.
