针对机械产品装配过程质量缺陷源对质量的影响度难以量化的问题,借鉴熵值理论,提出了面向机械产品装配过程的装配质量缺陷源熵概念,并进行缺陷源熵的计算,从而达到量化缺陷源对质量影响度的目的。该方法以产品装配过程质量的影响因素为研究对象,在分析影响质量的因素和确定相应状态判定标准和方法的基础上,给出了装配质量缺陷源熵的算法并进行了仿真求解,从而得到各缺陷源的权重,分析仿真图形对缺陷源重要度进行排序。最后通过算例分析表明该算法在度量装配质量缺陷源的缺陷度应用中是可行的、有效的。
For the problem that it is difficult to quantify the degree of quality defect sources in mechanical product assembly process,this paper presented assembly quality defect sources entropy for product assembly process by the entropy theory,and calculated the defect sources entropy. The purpose was to quantify the quality of the defect sources degree. Based on this method proposed an entropy algorithm for assembly quality defect sources entropy,and then with simulation,received the weight of defect sources. Finally,analyzing the simulation graph,proved the algorithm to be feasible in the application of quantitative of the defects.
