日本与中国同属亚洲国家,但医学教育方法和体制却有很大差别.文章着重于外科教育方面对中日两国的本科医学教育、研究生教育、毕业后教育等三阶段进行比较,同时分析医患沟通人文教育以及执业医师资格认证的异同,对比两国的医学教育效果,希望立足于中国医学教育的国情,针对当前医患关系紧张和医疗体制落后的现状,找出适合中国国情的医学教育之路.
Although both are Asian countries, Japan and China have vast difference in their approaches to medical education. This pa- per compared Japanese and Chinese undergraduate, graduate and continuing medical education, doctor-patient humanity education, medical licensure, and medical education effects. On the basis of current status of medical education, tense doctor-patient relationship and deficient health care system, the paper explored a medical education system suitable for Chinese situation.
