矿业遗迹调查、分类与评价方法初探

为实现资源枯竭型矿业城市的可持续发展与经济转型,我国近年正在积极推进矿山公园的申报与建设,但对于作为矿山公园核心景观的矿业遗迹方面的研究,特别是针对矿业遗迹调查、分类与评价方面的研究较少。通过对典型煤矿类与典型铜矿类国家矿山公园进行实地调研,设计矿业遗迹调查技术流程;提出以《中国国家矿山公园建设指南》为基础,使用统一的代码建立矿业遗迹数据库;建立矿业遗迹评价指标体系与综合评价模型,选择层次分析法(AHP)进行定量评价,指标体系划分为3个层次,对自然属性、价值属性、发展潜力、传承能力与附加价值等五个方面进行评价,划分珍惜级、重要级、一般级三个等级。该评价方法在实际运用中效果良好,对提高国土资源部矿业遗迹管理水平和准确评价矿业遗迹价值提供支撑。

英文摘要:

In order to realize the sustainable development of the resource-exhausted mining cities and the economic transformation,our country is actively pushing forward the declaration and construction of mining parks in recent years. However,researches on mining heritage,which is the core of a mining park,are rare, especially in aspects of investigation,classification and evaluation of the mining heritage. Through field investigations of typical coals and typical copper national mining parks,processed of mining heritages survey technology are designed, including five steps of information collection: field investigation, research, comprehensive evaluation,and writing the investigation report. Classification according to the construction of the ‘China national mine park guide'is carried out as the foundation,and unified codes are used to create a database of mining heritages. The evaluation index system of mining heritages is established, the comprehensive evaluation model and index system are constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) was chosen to carry out the quantitative evaluation. The index system is divided into three levels. Evaluation from five aspects of natural attribute, value attribute, development potential, transmission ability and additional value is performed and divided into three levels of treasure,important and general level. The practical application effect of the proposed evaluation method is good. The method is of important significance in improving the level of the ministry of land and resources management mining heritages and accurate evaluation of the mining heritages value.
