针对医患矛盾激化、教学资源匮乏的实际困境,利用当前社会数字化、网络化、信息化的优势,探索外科实践网络教学平台构建及应用。网络教学是临床教学的重要有益补充,外科学教研室着眼于当前网络技术发达、学生电脑普及率高等优势,另辟蹊径,借助网络技术构建自主学习平台,包含虚拟手术室、立体化实验教材、“三位一体”实践教学质量监控体系三方面内容。经过此平台培训,有效提高医学生外科实践操作能力,促进师资队伍建设,学生在连续三届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛上取得佳绩,毕业生执业医师实践考试通过率均在80%以上。
For the actual dilemma of intensified doctor-patient conflicts and the lack of teaching resources, we take advantage of the current social digitization, networking and informatization and explore construction and application of the surgical practice teaching platform. The teaching on network is an important useful supplement of clinical teaching. The teaching and research section of surgery in Nanjing Medical University focus on the current developed network technology and the high popularization of student computers and build autonomous learning platform with the aid of network technology. The platform includes virtual operating room, stereoscopic experimental teaching material and quality management through the network about " trinity" on surgical practice teaching. Through the training platform, the students get high scores in the three consecutive session of the contest of undergraduates' clinical skills of national medical colleges. Passing rate of practitioners practice exams within the graduates from our university is over 80%. It can improve the medical students' surgical ability, effectively promote the construction of teachers team, and it is a good leading and exemplary role for the medical schools in China.
