分析快速路和城市地面道路的运行特点,建立一个集成快速路和地面道路的宏观交通流模型。分别运用METANET模型和Kashani模型来描述快速路与地面道路的动态行为。阐述快速路模型和城市地面道路模型的衔接机理—通过入口匝道和出口匝道来实现,然后对相关的最优控制问题进行说明,提出以通过快速路系统和城市地面道路系统的总运行时间最小为优化目标函数,并据此确定相应的优化控制策略,以取得最优的城市综合交通系统效益。
For lacking of integral research about freeway and urban streets, this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of freeway traffic and urban streets traffic and develops an integrated macroscopic traffic flow model. Furthermore, the basic METANET traffic flow model and Kashani model have been used to describe the evolution of the traffic flows in the freeway and urban street traffic respectively. Moreover, the traffic operation mechanism between freeway and urban streets traffic has been clarified-through on- ramp and off-ramp. Accordingly this paper discusses the optimal control problem and presents the performance criterion-minimizing the total time of freeway system and urban traffic. Then the optimal strategies are put forward in order to obtain the optimum benefits of integral urban systems.
