用150、200、250C-γ3种不同剂量的^60Co-γ射线对6个玉米骨干自交系进行辐射诱变处理,研究其对成苗率、成株率、畸变率和苗高的影响,探讨不同自交系的辐射敏感性和适宜辐射剂量。结果表明,本研究的6个自交系中R08对辐射最敏感;其次为K305、K169、698—3和郑58;对辐射最不敏感的是48—2。以苗高降低30%作为指标,R08、K169、K305和698—3的适宜剂量为160~175Gy;郑58和48—2分别为180—190Gy及200~210Gy。
Six wide-used maize inbred lines were mutated by ^60Co-γ ray with three different dosages of 150, 200 and 250 Gy respectively, and seedling rate, survived rate, aberration rate and seedling height were investigated to certify their radiation sensitivity and suitable radiant dosage. The results showed that R08 was the most sensitive inbred line, followed by K305, K169, 698-3 and Zheng 58, however, 48-2 was the most insensitive one among 6 inbred lines. According to decline 30% of seedling height, the suitable radiation dose of R08, K169, K305 and 698-3 were 160 - 175 Gy, and that of Zheng 58 and 48-2 were 180 - 190 Gy and 200 - 210 Gy respectively.
