阐明了城市交通网络流量均衡的不稳定特征,并提出了非稳定随机均衡分析的概念。通过构建基于路网使用者选择行为判断的超级网络,揭示了基于一般简化网络利用随机用户均衡对非稳定均衡网络状态进行研究的不合理性,并通过增加相对独立的虚拟节点与路段修正了超级网络。基于修正的超级网络对路径选择概率进行分析,构建了基于路段流量加载的不动点流量分配模型。针对该不动点模型给出了相继平均法内嵌基于Monte Carlo模拟的随机加载过程的交通流分配算法,并用算例验证了该算法的有效性。通过比较非稳定均衡与弹性需求下的交通网络用户均衡,说明了非稳定均衡概念在交通网络规划中应用的重要意义。
The unsteady character of traffic network flow equilibrium was clarified. The concept of unsteady stochastic equilibrium analysis was proposed. While constructing the super-network based on the choice behavior of travelers, authors uncovered the irrationality in using stochastic user equilibrium to explain the unsteady network equilibrium state on the general network. At the same time, the super-network was modified through adding virtual nodes and links.
