证候动物模型的制作是证候研究的焦点。认为证候动物模型的构建方法应从临床实践出发。体现证候的“核心”，有选择的引进疾病模型，要避免断章取义、生搬硬套。证候动物模型的评价体系要以证候的“主症”为核心，并适当引入具有明确意义的生物学指标作为评价标准，不应苛求在实验动物上完全模拟中医四诊信息。
英文摘要：
The establishing of syndrome animal model is the focus of syndrome research. The paper thinks that the establishing of syndrome animal model should be based on the clinical practice, and show the center of syndrome, and introduce into disease model selectively. The evaluation system of syndrome animal model should be based on the ＂main character＂ of syndrome, and introduce biology indices that have definite significance as the evaluation standard, shouldnt be obliged to simulate the ＂four diagnose＂ information in the lab animal.
