目的探讨青钱柳和养心草两种中药的多酚提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用。方法制备两种闽产中药多酚提取物,采用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定多酚含量并研究其对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用。结果两种提取物总多酚含量达10%以上,并能抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。结论这两种中药多酚提取物可作为α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of polyphenol extracts from tow Chinese herbal medicines on α-glucosidase activity. Methods Quantitative determination of polyphenol ingredient in preparation of tow Chinese herbal medicines from Fujian province was analyzed by Folin-Ciocalteu and inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase was studied. Results The total polyphenols were above 10% and showed high inhibitory activety. Conclusion The polyphenol extracts are considered as inhibitor.
