采用液相沉淀法制备高密度的LiFePO4/C正极材料,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、元素分析等对样品的表观形貌、晶体结构、谱学性质等进行了测试分析。结果表明,样品具有单一的橄榄石结构和3.4 V左右的放电平台,掺碳的LiFePO4具有更优良的性能,振实密度达1.46 g/cm^3,0.1 C首次放电比容量为144.6 mAh/g,循环20次后容量保持率为93.2%.
High - density carbon - doped LiFePO4/C and pure phase LiFePO4 cathode materials were prepared by liquid - state precipitation reaction. The morphology of particles, crystalline structures, spectroscopic character of these samples were studied by XRD, SEM, FTIR and elemental analysis. The results showed that the samples with olivine structure and about 3.4V discharge platform. The tapped density of LiFePO4/C sample could reach 1.46 g/cm^3, and it had an initiate capacity of 144.6 mAh/g at 0.1 C, and 93.2% of which remained after 20 cycles.
