Recent years had witnessed the rapid development of the preschool education in China. In order toreach a general improvement in the regional preschool education quality,many provinces and regions carried out thegovernment-leading collectivization of kindergarten.However,the shortage of high quality education resources andprofessional guide was the important factor impeding the actual effect of kindergarten collectivization.The unmatchedtalent advantage in preschool education specialty of local colleges and universities compared with other departments inlocal industries should make its due display in kindergarten collectivization.In fact,there was a lack of serviceconsciousness and the right method for preschool education specialty in a lot of local colleges and universities,leading toits deficiency in local preschool education development.Therefore,the transformation of ideas of the local colleges anduniversities is required,positioning their own roles in the local pre-school education career correctly and serving thelocal society without overstepping.
