Our private garden is an indispensable force in preschool education. Due to the excessive pursuit of profit and the lack of the necessary supervision,misconduct and anomieare difficult to prohibit in the running of non-governmental kindergarten. So it is urgent to enhance the quality of preschool education. Meanwhile, bringingnon-governmental kindergarten into the government-led kindergarten collectivization will foster morally sound value on founders of non-governmental kindergartens and awin-win benefit community between public and private kindergartens, therefore to arouse the enthusiasm of staffs in non-governmental kindergartens.
