生物体衰老是一个非常复杂的过程,目前其发生发展机制还不明了。研究发现核因子κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)信号通路对于细胞衰老的调节具有重要的作用,这对于认识衰老的发生发展有重要意义。本文综述了近年来关于NF.KB信号通路与细胞衰老的相关研究,主要内容包括:NF-κB信号通路的分子机制;NF-κB信号通路与细胞衰老的关系;能量限制研究与NF-κB信号通路;NF-κB信号通路与其他衰老相关通路的联系;NF-κB信号通路与老年性疾病的研究。深入探讨NF-κB信号通路在细胞衰老中的作用,可为阐明衰老的分子机制、延缓衰老和防治衰老相关疾病提供新的思路。
The aging of the organism is a very complex process, and the mechanisms of its occurrence and development is not known. Studies have showed that NF-κB pathway plays important roles in the regulation of cellular senescence, which has great significance for the understanding of the occurrence of aging. This review focuses on the recent advances on the role of the NF-κB pathway in cellular senescence. The main contents of this review include the followings: molecular mechanisms of the NF-κB pathway, NF-κB pathway and cellular senescence, caloric restriction and NF-KB pathway, the relationship between NF-κB pathway and other aging-related pathways, and NF-κB pathway in age-associated diseases. Exploring the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in cellular senescence will give us an understanding of the molecular mechanisms of aging, and provide new ideas for delaying aging and treating aging-related diseases.
