生态敏感性评价对于制定区域环境政策,进行环境管理具有重要作用。黄河三角洲自然保护区目前存在人为活动加剧、土壤盐碱化等问题,利用生态敏感性相关理论,选取了土地利用类型、植被覆盖度、重要生物栖息地、土壤质地、潜水埋藏深度、地下水矿化度6个生态敏感性因子进行研究。在GIS技术支持下,对黄河三角洲自然保护区生态敏感性进行了单因子评价及多因子综合评价,并采用层次分析法获取各指标权重,综合指数法计算评价区域敏感度。结果表明,黄河三角洲自然保护区中度以上敏感区面积约占总面积的72%,生态敏感性程度整体较高。敏感性程度的面积与空间分布规律为:不敏感区、轻度敏感区、中度敏感区、高度敏感区和极敏感区的面积分别占研究区总面积的11.9%、16.1%、25.8%、27.4%、18.8%,整体上从西到东,沿黄河入海方向敏感性等级逐渐增高。评价结果可为自然保护区生态环境政策的制订提供科学依据。
Ecological sensitivity analysis is an effective measure for making regional environmental policies andenvironmentalmanagement.This study is conducted to solve the ecological environmental problems in Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve,based on the problems of human activities and soil salinization,combined with the theories of ecological sensitivity.Land use status,vegetation coverage,habitat,soil texture,buried diving depthand mineralization of ground water are selected as ecological sensitivity factors.Establishedecologicalsensitivity evaluation system and the single-factor andmulti-factor comprehensive evaluation models,supported by GIS technology,each factor is evaluated separately,the weights of indexes are obtained through analytic hierarchy processand the ecological sensitivity of each unit is calculated with the comprehensive index method.The results show that the degree of the ecological sensitivity is high and the area ratio of the nonesensitive regions,the light sensitive regions,the moderate sensitive regions,the highsensitive regions,the extremesensitive regions is 11.9%,16.1%,25.8%,27.4% and 18.8%respectively.The degree of sensitivity has a gradual increase trend from west to easton the direction of the Yellow River extending to the sea.The results can be a reference to make environmental policies in Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve.
