Gazing is the fundamental component of William Wordsworth＇ s poetics. Wordsworth, first and foremost, is a landscapist in the field of English poetry, his numerous nature poems, with the help of camera language, delicate, beautiful and movable colors, lead us appreciate the panorama of the Lake District in England to evoke the passion of the readers to return to nature. At the same time, Wordsworth is a painter of Folk Culture. Under his pen, the life of 19th century English people especially common people is perma- nendy preserved as the classical documentaries and become the fragmental memories of us to trace back the age and pry into the heart of his romantic sentiment.
