三甲综合医院医务人员临床研究方法培训的研究

目的了解大型综合医院医务人员对临床研究方法培训的需求特点,探讨有效的培训策略。方法于2016年11月,采用问卷调查了98名自愿参加北京某三甲医院举办的临床研究方法培训的医务人员,分析其对这类培训内容、组织方式及时间安排等的需求。结果培训内容中主要对研究设计和统计分析方法感兴趣者,分别为68.4%和65.3%;对于培训的形式,希望参加面向全院的院内培训最多(87.8%);培训的组织方式中愿意参加固定时间的系列培训者多于集中几天的培训(68.4比31.6%);对于培训的时间,希望安排在工作日下午(72.4%),每季度举办1-2次(44.9%)。结论大型综合医院的医务人员对临床研究方法培训需求强烈,需要每年定期举办培训,并针对需求的特点,开展面向不同层次与注重实用的培训,切实提高医务人员的临床研究能力。

英文摘要:

Objectives To understand the needs of the hospital staff from large general hospital for the clinical research method training and explore effective training strategies. Methods In November 2016, by the questionaire, a total of 98 medical staff were investigated, who were volunteered for a clinical research methodology training held in a tertiary general hospital in,Beijing. Analyses of their demands of training content, organization and scheduling. Results The participants were interested in the research design and statistical analysis methods, 68.4% and 65.3% respectively. In the form of training, most of them would like to attend in-hospital training (87.8%). They would prefer to participate certain time series training rather than that training for several days in a row (68.4 to 31.6%) and to do that on a working day afternoon (72.4%) or 1-2 times per quarter (44. 9%). Conclusions Relatively strong needs of Large-scale general hospital medical staff on the clinical research method training should be met by regular training every year which would gear to the needs of different levels and practical application so as to improve their clinical research abilities.
