水下爆炸的数值仿真工作一直是个极具挑战性的课题。文中,利用ABAQUS内嵌的声固耦合法对圆板在水下爆炸冲击波作用下的响应进行了数值模拟,并与实验值吻合良好。然后在考虑质量,应变率,屈服强度,炸药量和爆距的情况下对一块铝板和钢板在冲击波作用下的响应进行了比较分析。最后,建立了一艘铝合金实船的有限元模型,应用声固耦合法对其进行了水下爆炸动态响应分析,给出了测点的加速度,速度和位移的时间历程曲线,并预测了发生塑性变形的区域。
The numerical simulation of underwater explosion is always a challenging problem. Using the acoustic-structure coupling method embedded in ABAQUS, the results of numerical analysis of a circular plate subjected to underwater shock are obtained and compared with experimental data. A comparison between aluminum plate and steel plate is presented in which the plate mass, strain rate and yield stress of different materials, charge mass and standoff distance are considered. Finally, the finite element model of a full-scale aluminum ship is established. Analysis on dynamic responses of the ship subjected to underwater shock is conducted using the same method. Responses of time his- tory are presented, such as acceleration, velocity and displacement, and moreover, plastic zone and curves of plastic deformation are obtained.
