轻型鱼雷受水下爆炸作用的冲击响应对鱼雷设计具有重要意义;利用ABAQUS软件验证了材料动态失效对圆桶结构水下爆炸数值仿真的影响,并对美制MK44型鱼雷受深水炸弹攻击下的冲击响应进行仿真计算,给出了两种失效准则下的安全距离和破坏模式;结果表明,考虑材料动态失效时应使用水为主耦合面的公式进行计算,结构变形响应取决于加筋方式;研究可为可对轻型鱼雷的设计和考核提供参考。
The shock response of lightweight torpedo subjected to underwater explosion is very important for torpedo design. This paper verified the influence of material dynamic failure on numerical simulation of a cylindrical structure subjected to underwater explosion (UNDEX) using ABAQUS software Then, the response of US MK44 Torpedo attacked by a depth charge was calculated, and the safety distance and the damage mode of two failure principle were given. The results indicated that water medium interface should be chosen as the master surface to calculate when taking account for dynamic failure, and the structure deformation response strongly depended on the stiffened manner. The research can provide a reference to anti--shock design and validation of lightweight torpedoes.
