斜拉索作为斜拉桥结构体系中至关重要的受力构件,长期受桥体自重与桥梁上部多种荷载的作用。因此,测试并分析斜拉索的受力状态对斜拉桥整体的安全评估具有重要意义。基于Zig Bee技术标准研制了桥梁索力测试无线传感系统,提出了改进的延迟测量时间同步算法,完成了时间同步算法的仿真验证,并对大连某斜拉桥进行了多根斜拉索同步测试。结果表明:该无线同步索力测试系统测量索力准确度高,同时具备实时性好、同步精度高、工程布设便捷等特点,在斜拉索健康监测与评估领域中有良好的应用前景。
As the crucial strained component in cable-stayed bridge structure system,stay-cables suffer a long-term burden of the bridge weight as well as various loads assigned on the bridge. The test and analysis of the cables' stress state play a significant part in the safety assessment of the whole cable-stayed bridge. In this paper,a wireless sensor system based on Zig Bee technology for cable force measurement was developed,and an improved delay measurement time synchronization algorithm was proposed. Moreover,the simulation and verification for the time synchronization algorithm was completed. Then the synchronous test for multiple cables was conducted on a certain cable-stayed bridge in Dalian. The results show that the wireless sensor system with characteristics of more real-time,higher synchronization precision and more convenient engineering layout can measure the cable force accurately,thus it has a good application prospect in stay-cable structural health monitoring and assessment.
