在全球经济一体化的背景下,外商直接投资成为全球经济发展的强大推动力,并在一定程度上影响着世界经济格局。近年来,全球和我国直接投资都发生了一些重要变化。本文利用最新的数据分析了全球和中国直接投资发展趋势,并从区域结构、产业结构、投资形式等多个角度分析全球和中国直接投资的结构特点。预计2016年全球直接投资将下降15%以上,2017年全球直接投资实现正增长的可能性也不大。在2016年和2017年,我国利用外资额将保持在较高水平,同时,我国对外直接投资额增速将在50%左右。

Under the background of global economic integration, foreign direct investment（FDI） has become an important driving forcein the development of world economy, and it also affects the developmentpattern of the world economic. In recent years, the FDIof the world and China has shown some important trends. Based on the latest data, this paper analyzes the development trend of direct investment of the world and China, and analyzes the characteristics of FDI structure in the world and China from the perspective of regional structure, industrial structure, investment form and so on. We forecast that global direct investment will decline more than 15% in 2016, its growth is hard to be positive in 2017.In 2016 and 2017, China＇s inward FDI will maintain at a higher level, at the same time, its outward FDI＇ growth ratewill be around 50%.
