绩效考核向绩效管理的演进是管理理论与实践的重大发展,但绩效管理中仍存在许多问题,影响了绩效管理作用的发挥。本文以绩效管理问题为出发点,在绩效管理系统理论评述的基础上,引入了和谐管理理论并分析了其对解决这一问题的适用性,并建立了基于和谐管理理论的绩效管理系统与机制。基于和谐管理理论的绩效管理机制有助于提升绩效管理的系统性、操作性、灵活性与有效性。
The evolution from performance evaluation to performance management is a significant development for management theory and practice. However, there are many problems in performance management, which affect the role of performance management. Based on the reviews of ideas on Performance Management System, this paper introduces Harmonious Management Theory and analyzes its adaptability for solving the problem in performance management. Finally,it establishs Harmonious mechanisms at different performance management stages based on the theory. These researches contribute to improve the operational guidance value of performance management, and are more systemic, flexible and effective.
