基于和谐意义给赋系统来研究求职者在面试过程中表现出的个体特征,研究主要针对50道世界500强公司的面试题目及其答案,采用文本分析的方法,研究发现求职者在面试过程中展示自己的和谐意义给赋系统,其内容涉及“和谐主题”,即求职者对面试效果的设定,反映求职者参加面试的期望值及对面试所要达到目标的认知和理解。“和则”,即求职者在面试现场的一系列面试表现和发挥对面试官的影响过程。主要涉及面试态度、表达方式、表达内容。“谐则”,即求职者面试前通过一系列手段为面试做准备的过程。主要涉及自我认知、职业生涯规划、知识经验技能的积累与锻炼、信息收集、思维水平等。“耦合”,即面试者在面试现场针对面试官、面试题、面试方式、面试环境及竞争对手等权变因素在“和”与“谐”之间的权宜处理。
This article does research on individual characteristics of job applicants during the process of interview based on Harmony-Sensegiving System. The research mainly uses fifty interview questions and answers of the world top 500 companies and the method of text analysis, then found that: the content of Harmony-Sensegiving System that job applicants show themselves during the process of interview includes: "HeXie theme" , which refers to the result of interview setted up by applicants in advance, reflects expectations of applicants for an interview and the cognition and understanding of the goal of interview. "He principle" refers to the process that job applicants influence the interviewer by a series of interview performance at the scene of the interview, mainly involves in interview attitude, means of expression and content of expression. "Xie principle" refers to the process that job applicants prepare for interview by a series of ways before interview, mainly involves in self-awareness, career planning, the accumulation of knowledge and experience and skills, information collecting, cognitive level, and so on. "Coupling" refers to the treatment of expediency between "He principle" and " Xie principle" used by job applicants at the scene of the interview according to the contingency factors such as interviewers, interview questions, means of interview, interview environment and competitors.
