本文将情态语义功能细分后构建了以能力义为核心的语义地图，使得情态语义地图小断精确化，从而解释了更多的语言现象。我们以此为例探讨语义地图的解析度和表征方式。我们认为，de Haan（2004）对语义地图功能节点提出的“基元性”要求不应作为一个硬性标准，语义地图可以有不同的解析度。不同解析度的语义地图呈现的语义关联模式在精确度上有异，但相互一致。同时，我们也提出了语义地图的新表征方式，使得语义地图按照解析度不同变得“可放可缩”。
英文摘要：
The present paper, after elaborating the modality＇s semantic map with da- ta from Chinese dialects, constructs a new semantic map centered on ＂ability＂. We take the new map as an example to illustrate the fact that the semantic map of a given semantic category can have various versions which differ in resolution. Hence, we argue that the ＂primitivity＂ standard proposed by de Haan （2004） for the function node on the semantic map is by no means a rigid requirement. Given this ＂resolution＂ issue for the semantic map, we proposea new representation mode which allows semantic maps of different reso- lutions to be converted back and forth.
