This paper conducts a survey of clusivity as represented in 75 minority languages and 42 Chinese dialects spoken in China. Based on the survey, three implicational universals are generalized regarding inclusive-exclusive distinction of first person non-singular pronouns. The universals are as follows: First, if the inclusive-exclusive distinction exists for first person dual pronouns, it implies that the distinction will be attested for first person plural pronouns; Second, if the inclusive pronoun form derives from the form of first person singular pronoun, the exclusive pronoun will be formed in the same way; and third, if the formation of the inclusive form is consistent with that of the whole system of personal pronouns, the exclusive form will conform to the formation. It is ended with suggestions of the issues hitherto unheeded to but needing attention in future investigation and research on clusivity.
